- Shoots an orb of lightning that travels slowly and pierces enemies. The orb continues along its path in a straight line until it hits a wall.
- It does high damage and is adept at taking out swarms of weak enemies, though it can be good against tougher ones as well if you shoot them a few times.
- The secondary fire shoots an orb that always stuns enemies but does no damage. The mana usage for the Anguish Cannon is high, and it shoots slowly, but it is a very good weapon against hordes of enemies. Just don't expect it to be great against bosses.
